Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchases. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your purchase, simply get in touch with us.

Regular – Priced Merchandise

  • Returns – get in touch within 5 business days of the date on which items are delivered to you.
  • Exchanges – get in touch within 10 business days of the date on which items are delivered to you.
  • After 10 business days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Sale Merchandise:

  • All sale and discounted items are final sale. We will not accept returns or exchanges.

Return & Exchange Details

For all return or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you will have to present order number or valid receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded.

For the packages that are turned down at delivery, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund value.

Refunds will only be given to products purchased at the Alma Knitwear online boutique. Refunds will not be given to Alma Knitwear stock purchased from Alma Knitwear stockists.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers will not be refunded for shipping expenses and items returned or exchanged will be sent back at customer`s expense.

How to Request Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, follow the steps below:

  • Email shop@almaknitwear.ca with your receipt or order number within 5 business days for returns and 10 business days for exchanges.
  • If you have saved clear Alma Knitwear bag, put the items you want to return securely back in the bag, along with the original Invoice. Securely seal it.
  • You must use carrier that will provide a tracking number.
  • All returns and exchanges must be shipped to the following address:

Refund Processing Time

Your refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Alma Knitwear. Please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.

We will refund you the purchase price for the product. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
